I love it Its it is so easy to use. The only problem is I don't need it often enough to pay the cost of it. I only needed a couple of forms, but for a business I can see were it would be a great investment.

Great product and full refund when cancelled before trial ended
I took out the trial and paid 2 x €1.25 installments.
I used the product which was the best I found especially given you can edit PDFs with it.
I cancelled after a few hours and both payments were refunded as promised.
I would have been happy to pay a single use fee for this service but the subscription is too much for my once off use case

Wish I Could Change Color of Signature
I enjoyed this tool and site. However, I wish there was just some way that I could not only change the font for my signature but the color to blue as well.

Very quick, efficient and courteous customer service. My elderly mother subscribed to this service and couldn't remember why. I explained the situation via emails with Customer Support and they refunded the annual subscription fee after I verified a few details. I really appreciated their understanding and quick response. How long does it take to type a text message?
