I have yet to use the on-line features. Still deciding if I want HIPPA files out there. I don't know where your servers are located, but if they are outside of the US then I'm concerned about where and what the privacy laws of the "domain" country are. I ran into this issue years ago setting up some legal files. All servers were required to be located within the US.

PDFs made easy
Since using PDFfiller, I haven't seen any PDF I can't tackle
This software allows me to edit any PDF unlike Acrobat Reader. Has other useful functionalities such as sending PDF's to clients for e-signature, merging/extracting/compressing pages as well.
I do not think this software needs any improvements. It helps ease my workload immensely each week.

Makes nonstop-filling-out-documents projects go by quickly. Rare online product that not only works as intended, but includes most of the features you wouldn't expect it to have. The interface and options are also shockingly seamless. It's easy to print, save, share, download, etc pretty much any document from any screen.

What is the correct way to write dates?
When writing in American English, the right way to write a date is: May 1, 2016. The month always comes before the date and year. But, in a statement, you have to use ordinal numbers first and write. For example: The seminar will be held on the third of May 2016.
How do you represent a year?
2009 becomes '09 (not '09) 2010 becomes '10 (not '10) 2525 becomes '25 (if we're still alive)
How do you abbreviate a year?
According to this source the correct symbol to abbreviate year using two digits is an apostrophe: When abbreviating a year, remove the first two numbers and indicate the omission by using an apostrophe: 2009 becomes '09 (not '09)
