With the exception of the scam you have going to get people to sign up for your service... (i.e., On a holiday I came into my office to get work done quickly so I could then spend time with my family. I was soo pleased with your service as it let me upload a document and seamlessly edit it for 2 hours and the peace of mind that everything was working properly as your program continually provided feedback saying that 'all changes have been saved'. Then when I finally finished, after triple checking my work and feeling thrilled that I could go celebrate the holiday and be with my family, I selected the big bright button that says, Done!. And only THEN, after 2 hours of work, did you tell me, there is an error and I need to sign up for your program. You should be ashamed of yourselves. I was so excited to tell other people about your program and how well it works. After being scammed, ripped off in terms of money and precious time, I won't be telling anyone about your service. If you prefer to keep me as a happy customer, perhaps you will find a way to make up for this inconvenience (e.g., give me a discounted membership, upgrade my membership, some other kind gesture?) and correct this misunderstanding that you are covertly enticing people to use your program with an inconsiderate scam. 4 starts because of great chat support but some features I would change. Like when filling out fillable form, I don't like how the instruction window follows you through the entire document. Most other online forms don't have this because they assume the form is self-explanatory. The feature is cumbersome, like dragging around dead weight. Anyways, that is my input.

So far good. It has been challenging to learn how to use this. It has taken much application and chatting with your customer service reps, who have all been awesome. I won't say it's the easiest to learn but it's easy to use (if that makes any sense). We still can't explain why my msn email blocks pdf filler or pdf filler won't send it to my msn (not sure which). It never shows up in my spam/junk filter there and your website shows it sent. My gmail emails work fine using this.

the service is great, however the payment option is miss leading, as it says $6/month and when you go to pay you charge the full year up front, in US$ and some of us are poor, so thanks for that.

Great customer service
Great customer service, such a hard thing to come across. Easy access to your cloud uploaded documents from any device. The only thing limiting the 5 star is the relatively clunky interface. Still would use again for secure pdf development.

A must have for your business
Overall, this software is a very useful, less time consuming, and efficient addition for my business. I love that I can complete and sign required documents on the go with no hassle, without having to print and physically complete and sign any document.
I love that this software is so convenient and easy to use. Its a must have for completing and signing documents for your business electronically in a quick and efficient manner.
The mobile app for this software is not that easy to use as the online (desktop) version.

Excellent PDF filling software
I really recommend this software, just get a good internet connection or else you might get a bit frustrated.
This software is really good for filling pdfs my clients send me and then sign them at ease, and the fact that you can use an extension for your mail and edit online without having to download saves a lot of time
Living in a country where slow internet connection is a constant problem, working with this software can be a pain sometime.

Enjoyable and functional.
Ease of use, functionality, and security features. I like the automatic lock out for the encryption and I enjoy the accuracy in identifying areas that need to be filled out.
That I cannot move folders within folders under the encrypted area. I would like to be able to drag folders into other folders. I would also like to merge more than 5 documents at a time.
