I enjoy the ease of completing the forms, printing and saving the documents. I expected to be billed at the 65% off rate for one time use, annually, but somehow was charged the $72.00 annual renewable rate. We use this program daily in our offices. It allows for ease of use in getting things signed and sent back quickly.

Easy to use
It has made life much easier for my clients to receive what they need in a more timely manner

When a field needs to be erased, the program always resets to add text. You have to re-select the erase button after each erased field.

Great product and full refund when cancelled before trial ended
I took out the trial and paid 2 x €1.25 installments.
I used the product which was the best I found especially given you can edit PDFs with it.
I cancelled after a few hours and both payments were refunded as promised.
I would have been happy to pay a single use fee for this service but the subscription is too much for my once off use case

User interface can be better
This is a pretty good website to merge pdfs. Overall has everything you need. I do believe the user interface can be easier to use for those who aren't as tech savvy.
