I believe the staff is dedicated to helping the customers and are very professional. Thought I might have to talk to them in person, but they answer and respond quickly through chat and do everything they can to help you right away. When I just had to get my material out right away and short on funds allowed me to try out the program just a few days after I explained my difficulty. Then after few days able to of course, pay for this program that has helped me so much. The forms are easier to read by using PDFfiller, and the video of how to work the software is helpful as well. It is easy to work with. The best for adding content to PDF files whether it is words or photos. This is my #1 go to for files. I am in real estate and this is the best product

Very useful. Some issues with mobile devices filling out fillable forms and not all the data showing up on the completed form. Loading times could be a little faster. Also, I shouldn't have to give the app approval to access my email each time I upload a new file from my gmail account. Once should be enough, and the connection should be remembered, but it's not.

Very easy system to use and user…
Very easy system to use and user friendly. The only suggestion I would make is being able to scan documents and then being able to combine them into 1 pdf file not having it as a zip file.

Work and Study Budy
Overall I love the app and all the features it offer! The benefits totally outweigh the cost. Amazing app!
What I like most about the feature is I can use it both for work to fill out pdf files and for my personal studies where I can write notes, comment, add highlights and more to the file.
What I least like about this is it can be a bit pricey to maintain especially if I were only a student. But good thing I am also using it for work so I can really maximize its use.

I signed up for a free trial on pdf filler and I really liked the service, but I stopped after a week and completely forgot about it. ***** on the live chat was so kind and was able to help me refund the charges. I've never had a company be so accommodating in one of these situations. I'm so happy they could do this for me that I just had to share it somewhere!

What do you like best?
I usually dont like to take time to review but this one is warranted and a long time coming. What I like best is how many hours it has saved us. We subscribe to several tools and PDFFiller is one of them that we use on a daily basis at the office. I cannot tell you how much time this has saved us especially while submitting proposals. We also love the fact that it has an inbuilt ability to send out e-signature similar to docusign so we do not have to subscribe to a separate service for that. If there is one tool that has given us a 100x return on our investment that is PDFFiller. I am also thankful to the PDFFiller team as they keep on innovating and adding new features.
What do you dislike?
Nothing really. Like I said above, this tool as delivered massive value to our company.

Avoids us having to scan docs
I mean it has a bunch of features that once you start using it you will be like WOW!
