I had difficulty erasing some text I accidentally superimposed onto my document and the recipient who ultimately got the PDF I created could not open it. Also disappointing was the fact that I didn't realize I had to pay a tidy subscription price until after I completed my document and tried to send it off (and save it). That all led to an initially horrible review. But, I have to say that my experience with PDFfiller and Elie, the rep I dealt with, revised my entire experience. Good for business Works well most of the time with only about 5% of customers having difficulty signing documents. Plan to keep using PDFFILLER does everything I need it to do for my business: quick edits, templates and storage. Some workflow improvements could be made to save clicks and therefore time. Would like more flexibility to send templatized emails

Can be a simple way to fill out documents. I can fill out a document pretty fast. Its functions are easy to understand. Overall it is easy and anyone can use it even if they are not tech savvy. I don't like how I can't control the fonts and the font size. It automatically selects the font size and sometimes it can not be changed.

So far so good So far so good, I would have given it a 5, if downloading my edited documents weren't hidden behind a paywall, but hey, I get it, it is in our nature to capitalize on things where it is impossible to find a solution, few have the solution, so why give it away for free? What do you like best? pdfFiller is an excellent product at a great price. The 5-user shareable version is only $15 a month. That is the total for all 5-=users. They also have exceptional support, though you rarely need it. It also gets new features often, such as an inexpensive library of 80,000+ legal and tax forms.
