No way to easily add additional pages in a template I used. Had to keep erasing everything to start new page. “Next” button skips all over the page, so this isn’t tablet-friendly. Waste of my annual subscription fee.

What do you like best? I like how easy it is to upload documents and make the necessary changes to the documents that require modification. I have completed forms for students and uploaded signatures easily and have been able to successfully download documents as well. What do you dislike? I have noticed that sometimes when I upload a document that I previously edited using PDFFiller, it makes my signature super bold and not easily read. It changes the format automatically and I have to download a new document to upload and add a signature. It seems like once I utilize PDFfiller and download the document the format of the previous e-signature is no longer compatible. What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you? We had to provide e-signatures to international students on their I-20 documents and PDFfiller has been an integral part of that process. It has been very accommodating for me to upload documents and sign them electronically for students and then easily download them and email them back to the students.

What do you like best? The templates are really helpful. It can automatically be saved with new information. What do you dislike? The signateure date and initialling has to clicked for each time. Would like to be able to just click the option and repeat that option several times without selecting it. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Can send out contracts and paperwork. Re-formatted the paperwork to be filled out electronically and it's much clearer.

Had an unknown charge from pdf filler… Had an unknown charge from pdf filler on my credit card, contacted them and they were very helpfully clearing up the charge it had been my wife who had subscribed to them but she has since passed away they cancelled subscription and gave full refund

What do you like best? I receive notifications to my Gmail account on my phone and the computer. I like knowing when documents I fax for insurance companies and claims are received or if there was an error. I like the Word to PDF option and how I can send signature requests to individuals. I like the editing features as well. What do you dislike? I don't have any complaints for what I use pdfFiller for. Recommendations to others considering the product: This is very simple to understand and use. I've utilized it every day since since I purchased it back around February 2020. It also keeps a paper trail audit which is helpful. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I can send faxes directly from my computer/printer or my cell phone. It is very convenient. I know immediately if the fax was not received. I know when I receive a fax, which is also nice.
