It has made work much easier. In the legal field we deal with a ridiculous amount of documents. Many IRS and government forms require some PDF filler, Adobe Acrobat does not do the job PDF filler can. To be able to access my docs from anywhere is amazing. The email, sign, fax, and all the other features make it actually fun.

overall I like pdffiller, but there are some things I wish I could do, like circle items in word docs. The only circle function I see does not seem to work very well. I would like to be able to draw circles around items more easily. As for signature authentication, is it necessary to include date? It would be easier if the authentication did not include the date. This isn't a big deal, since I can see why the date is necessary... but sometimes I sign a contract on for example, Sept 1st at midnight, but I don't want my clients to know I signed at midnight Sept 1st, particularly if I should have signed the document sooner. Anyway, these are just little issues that I've come across and changes would make my business a bit easier.

I found out that I can not use papers in my work. I can take and use online forms, fill our them with PDFfiller and just forget about it.

I need much more tools than only PDF editing and sending. I also use RTF, Docx. Or sometimes I edit them in HTML. So, I need do use other tools too.

My team saves insane big amount of time for working with papers. So, our productivity dramatically increased.

PDFfiller!
This software overall is really well done. I prefer to use it when compared to other PDF filling software. It is also free, which is even better.
This software does all the hard work for you. It recognizes each possible area for text, and understand if there is an area for a diagram/picture/drawing instead. This software gives you multiple different ways to input your signature as well, which is always something I look for when it comes to similar software. Grammarly also works moderately well with this software, if that is something you use.
PDFfiller looks very busy. Even though it is relatively easy to use, it can seem daunting when you first start using this software.

JUST AS GOOD OR BETTER THAN ADOBE PDF AND CHEAPER
Used for filling out electronic documents, easier than filling out documents manually and then having to scan them in order to email them.
Easier to use than adobe PDF, at a better price.
No complaints about this software as the time of me reviewing it, so far very content with it.

What happens to equipment at end of lease?
The lease should state that, at the end of the lease, the lessor should remove the equipment (or if appropriate and practicable the lessee should return the equipment) at the expense of the lessor.
Who owns the equipment in a finance lease?
An equipment lease agreement is a contractual agreement where the lessor, who is the owner of the equipment, allows the lessee to use the equipment for a specified period in exchange for periodic payments.
Is equipment lease an asset or expense?
If an operating lease is less than one year the rent is expensed as incurred. Longer-term operating leases result in the initial recording of a “right of use” asset, generally matched by a corresponding liability to make payments.
Do you own the asset at the end of a lease?
With leasing the asset isn't yours during the leasing agreement. You can use it as if it was yours, but you are not the legal owner of the asset until the end of the contract, and when all outstanding payments have been made to the leasing company.
Does leased equipment get depreciated?
When a business leases equipment, it typically doesn't have to deal with depreciation directly since it doesn't appear as an owned asset on its balance sheet. Instead, lease payments are often fully deductible as business expenses, potentially providing tax benefits.
