It was the only source I could find to obtain 2014 Form 990 forms. The IRS site shows 2014 forms tabs but they are for 2015 which is the wrong form. I could not find the supplemental forms I needed by searching the website so I gave up and contacted customer support on your chat line. The rep was very polite and sought out all the supplemental forms I needed to finish the job. That's a real plus but I should have been able to find the forms on the website.

Necessity for any business I have to sign releases, NDA's and contracts on a daily basis for my clients. If it wasn't for this software I would be very stuck and not able to do my job without printing and faxing. What I like most about this software is what it does. If you are in business than you must have this. What I like least about this software is that they charge. I believe this should be a free download due to many forms and contracts being in a PDF format.

The PDF writer worked perfect for what I needed Pretty easy to use and worked just as advised. I needed this to fill out PDF documents vs. printing them out and hand writing them. In addition finish product is neat and looks professional. Don't have any negatives other than if it where free it would be even better, but the fee is small in relationship to what you gain.

Wonderful Customer Service I recieved a charge for $96 today for a membership which I had believed I had cancelled. Non-Competitive Activity at New Employer: One of the most straightforward ways to overcome a noncompete is by ensuring that your new role with a different employer is in a non-competitive capacity. If you're not engaging in activities that directly compete with your former employer's business, you may be in the clear.
Several factors can void or limit the enforceability of a non-compete agreement, including overly broad restrictions, unreasonable time frames or geographical limits, lack of consideration (such as compensation or job opportunities provided in exchange for the agreement), and violation of public policy.
Non-competes are still valid even if you're fired from your job. The agreement is more focused on what happens after you leave an employer, regardless of the circumstances, so it still applies.
Violating a non-compete agreement is not a criminal offense. Non-compete agreements are considered civil contracts and violating them leads to civil penalties. If you break a non-compete agreement, your former employer may sue you for breach of contract.
If you violate the terms of the agreement, your employer may seek injunctive relief or monetary, punitive, or compensatory damages.
Non-compete agreements must be specifically limited in two distinct ways, 1) in time, and 2) in geographic area. If a non-compete clause or agreement fails to limit the scope of the contract to a specific time period and a specific geographic area, it can often be invalidated.
Generally speaking, you must either show that the terms of a non-compete are unenforceable or reach a release agreement with other parties.
The following are the most common ways to get out of a non-compete agreement: Determine that the terms of the contract do not in fact prevent you from a desired course of action. Recognize when a non-compete contradicts the law. Negotiate a release agreement with the involved parties. Ignore the agreement.
