This software made it easy for me to complete a single 1099-MISC that i needed and that i wasn't able to use my current software for. I was able to quickly create the document and send it out to the necessary party on a time crunch.
This would not be good to use for a large amount of 1099's but, it did meet my needs.

I have trouble using the pdffiller on my laptop, I can not upload b/c the screen is not wide enough to get to the click button. I can on my desktop when I go into the office. Sometimes the app does not give me the ability to save or download - I have to play with it back in forth before it will save as a fillable file. But my biggest issue is using my laptop when I work remotely and I have to use it. Thanks for inquiry and the survey to give me the opportunity to voice a concern.

Great application! I was able to edit some incorrect dates sent to me by a reference who could not access the document for an extended period of time. I was able to get my document corrected and resubmitted without issue

How to write a photography contract?
The contract for your photography business should include: Parties to the contract and each party's contact information. Scope and schedule of services you're providing. Deliverables. Copyright. Usage rights. Releases. Post-production and photo editing. Fees and payment terms.
How to draw up a photography contract?
What should a Photographer Contract include? The client's full name and address. Payment, deposit, and cancellation information. Number of hours for capturing images and editing. Days the photographer has to present samples of the final proofs. Number of days either party has to correct issues.
How long should a photography contract be?
Your contract's length will be dictated by the contractual provisions you and your client elect to utilize in the contract, no more, no less. It really is all about the content and the provisions, that's it. You can always expect some clients to look at you askance when you place your contract in front of them.
Can you write your own photography contract?
A photography contract is legally binding, even if you write it yourself. As long as you and your client sign a contract that meets the basic requirements outlined by contract law, it is considered a legally binding contract.
Can you back out a photography contract?
Ideally, you would simply follow the steps outlined by your contract. But, if you failed to put a cancellation provision in your contract, then you definitely need a cancellation of contract agreement to terminate the contract.
