I live in Philadelphia SEPTA is not running because of contract issues but my military ask that I complete a form and send it to them within five days or I would be subject to pay large amount. After contacting customer support, I was told that certain web browsers are more compatible than others in completing forms. Once I changed from Mozilla Firefox to Chrome, I was able to complete all fields of the form without problems. But it would have been helpful to publicize this information on your website so that much time was not wasted.

This is brilliant. I am so pleased with this pdf editor. Everything I have ever needed to do with anything pdf related I have been able to achieve, whereas other packages let you down.

Works well most of the time with only about 5% of customers having difficulty signing documents. Plan to keep using
PDFFILLER does everything I need it to do for my business: quick edits, templates and storage.
Some workflow improvements could be made to save clicks and therefore time. Would like more flexibility to send templatized emails

Monthly expenses/costs can become a concern for small business budget. It will be greatly appreciated if these costs were waived for organizations providing resources to support consumers. We work with a United Stated Private Attorney General supporting consumer claims.

Easy to use. I always send the doc to myself before emailing to final destination, just so I know what it looks like on the receiver's end. Adding a personal note to the email is a bit cumbersome--could be better explained of who sees what.

It does what it is supposed to do. I don't like having to put the 4 digit code in.....maybe that is just for trial??? Easier than Adobe.
