VA Documentation and Form filling.
I had some VA documents and forms i needed to type out and no way to fill them in online. pdfFiller to the rescue! I was able to easily fill out the required information and to have them submitted. I may be helping as a Veteran Services Officer here in Panama, and this will come in handy as I help veterans get their submissions in that is readable and neat. Took some getting used to the different text box features, but overall good. Worth the annual cost to be able to edit and print PDFs

Good service
This ia great service, but you shouldn't allow people to fill out entire PDFs just to push them into creating an account and starting a free trial. Be upfront.

Simplified accuracy !
pdfFiller simplified and shortened the length of time; when I needed to complete filling out pertinent documents.
My first experience with pdfFiller was when I had to do taxes. All the technical difficulties with filling out tax documents no longer existed.
There are no Cons to specify, except my fears that this app is a "too good to be true" app. If you knew that before this app came along, PDFs were untouchable and un-editable.

Impressive customer service (LIVE support)
I did not realise that my free trial expired until I got a charge for the month of December. I contacted 'live support' (which popped in in 20 sec) and Thomas was the most helpful I've ever experienced in customer service. He found out I had 2 accounts and when I explained to him that I actually only used the service once, he promptly offered me refund. I did not even expect one because I honestly thought this is another website that makes money by offering a trial and then charge you once trial is finished (which many of us would forget and only cancel when it is too late). But no, refund is already action, and he also cancelled my account as per my request with no fuss! Thomas, thanks for being extremely prompt and helpful! I will surely use this service next time. Thank you!
