Well it worked. But, I was tricked into the 30day trial by populating a document you do not own. I could have done this without needing an account albeit "free trial." I don't think I need this service full time. It's way too expensive for an infrequent user.

I signed up originally to utilise this service. Whilst I did not wish to continue with the service (just wouldnt need it again) I did struggle to cancel the service. I sent an email outlining my issue and got the quickest response back and my account fixed and funds returned. Great service if you do require all the time. Easy to use. Highly recommend.

Glad to have it. Wished i didn't have to reset with every entry. It should assume you want the same font until you tell the program to change. Gets tedious to change for every number on the page.

Can you appeal an order to show cause?
Appellate courts often issue orders to show cause to lower courts requesting that the lower court explain why the appellant should not be granted the relief requested by the writ or appeal. An order to show cause is always an interim order (because it is never the first nor the final action in a legal action).
How do you respond to an order to show cause?
The Court may send out an Order to Show Cause to tell you that you did not follow the Court's rules, directions or deadlines and to instruct you to file one or more documents by a certain date. Your Response must show a good reason (cause) for not following the Court's rules, directions or deadlines.
What does it mean Order to Show Cause?
An order to show cause is a type of court order that requires one or more of the parties to a case to justify, explain, or prove something to the court. Courts commonly use orders to show cause when the judge needs more information before deciding whether to issue an order requested by one of the parties.
Can an order to show cause be denied?
The court must rule on a petition for writ of habeas corpus within 60 days after the petition is filed. (5) The court must issue an order to show cause or deny the petition within 45 days after receipt of an informal response requested under (b).
Can you go to jail at a show cause hearing?
Jail time is usually the result of the judge holding you in contempt of court. This might happen if you don't appear for the show-cause hearing the judge can order a bench warrant for your arrest. If the judge finds that you're in contempt, he can fine you as well as order jail time.
What can happen at a show cause hearing?
The judge will determine what the facts are. The main objective of the show cause hearing is to get the party who is not following the court's order to do so. The court can also order the relief requested by the moving party (for example, change visitation or transfer custody).
How long does it take for a judge to make a decision on a motion?
Each judge has her/his own habits, and it's difficult to speak to the speed of a judge outside my personal experience. But as a general rule, you can expect a decision in this type of matter in anywhere from 2 weeks to 3 months.
How long does it take for a judge to rule on a motion to dismiss?
Some states have a 90-day rule, but there is really no set time for a judge to make a decision. If he needs more time it usually means that the case is a very close call and the last thing you want to do is to try to hurry the judge up and anger him. Sometimes judges can take a year or more to render a ruling.
