The service is great and has come in handy in ways I had not expected. However, you lose 2 stars for my initial experience of first being asked to to pay, by a pop-up, to see a form that was submitted and then after paying being told by another pop-up that I need to upgrade to a more expensive plan. The first pop-up should have presented the correct plan. Felt a little like a bait and switch. But I gave you back one star due to the fact that support was able to fix the problem, quickly.

Interesting product the pdfFiller. I would like to learn what else I can do with this software. The new look for the PDF is wonderful but I don't know if I would be able to use the old PDF from Microsoft. It seems I just paid my Microsoft subscription. It seems that the PDF is a software of it's own and doesn't come with the Microsoft Tools.

Phenomenal Customer Service
Due to the pandemic, like a lot of people I was forced to work from home. My employer doesn't adequately support us in this task and so one day as a matter of urgency I started the free pdfFiller trial for a month. I set a reminder to cancel my subscription but I didn't complete the cancellation. When the annual subscription fee was taken from my bank account I was devastated, it's a deduction I couldn't afford and my employer would not reimburse me. The team at pdfFiller were amazing. They ensured I successfully cancelled the subscription and they also processed a refund. The speed of response was phenomenal, their empathy towards someone who genuinely could not afford the subscription was so appreciated. Their customer service is like nothing I have experienced before. Keep up the great work.

PDFFiller is easy to use. Took only a few minutes to set up and get started. All your documents are in order and they're easy to access. When forwarding to a client, etc., I like that it generates a security code that's required to access the documents. Customer service is *******! I apparently didn't understand the subscription options either, like other reviewers. But after seeing unexpected charges on my CC statement I contacted them and they immediately reversed the charges. Efficient, professional, no problem. I think the subscription charges/contracts could be clearer, but on the other hand I was moving pretty fast so maybe it was my error solely. Anyway, no harm no foul. The product itself worked fine. I have no comparison so all I can say is it functions and got my job done.

I had some issues with my account and billing so I used their live chat and it took no more than 3 minutes for them to settle my issue and refund my money. AMAZING customer service if I ever need a PDF filler again I will most definitely be returning here. 10/10 across the board and will be recommending to my friends!!!!
