Great program. It did everything I needed and more. Some of the best customer service I've ever experienced, right at the time I"ve been having a problem. Copies of online chat sent to my email to remind me of how to deal with issues in the future. I'd rate these folks an A plus.

Only used the free trial = it was easy…
Only used the free trial = it was easy to use; however, I cannot afford the price per month since I very rarely use the product.

I am very excited to use this product. I was able to troubleshoot much on my own. My only struggle was in saving final product and bringing back up to update.

It took a like while for me to figure out how to do what I wanted to do. But once I did, I was able to create the doc I needed. The part I liked best was the guidelines to put the fillable boxes in line with the other boxes in the document.

Are invoice numbers a legal requirement?
You must include the word 'Invoice' on the document. Invoice number this must be unique, and if you are VAT-registered, it must also be sequential. Reference numbers either a client reference or Purchase Order number (often required by accounts departments to facilitate swift payment).
What is legally required on an invoice?
There is some information that you must legally include on your invoices. The business name and address of the customer you're invoicing. A clear description of what you're charging for. The date you provided the goods or services (which is also known as the supply date)
Do invoices have to be sequentially numbered?
Invoice numbers should be assigned sequentially, meaning that the number of each new invoice increases. Legally, an invoice number sequence should never contain repeats or gaps. This system allows you to quickly see which year an invoice is issued and still follows the sequential numbering requirement.
How should invoices be numbered?
Make every invoice number unique you can start from any number you want. Assign sequential invoice numbers. Assign invoice numbers in chronological way. Structure invoice numbers any way you want, you may: use only numbers 001, 002, 003 etc., include Customer Name CN001, CN002, etc.
Do invoice numbers have to be sequential UK?
Yes, this satisfies the requirement for invoices to be issued sequentially from one or more series. What if there is a break in sequence, for example where I cancel an invoice, or it is spoiled and never issued to a customer?
What does an invoice number mean?
An invoice number is a unique number generated by a business issuing an invoice to a client. This number is included on the invoice, and it is used for payment tracking purposes. When the client makes payment, they will reference this number to show that the funds are for that particular invoice.
Is invoice number same as order number?
An order number is a VA number by which to charge the ordered goods. The invoice number is the vendor's number for billing the ordered goods.
Do I have to provide an invoice?
A. As you are not VAT registered there is no legal requirement to issue invoices for every sale, but it is good business practice. However, if the Taxman suspects that you have been under-recording your sales, because you receive many payments in cash which are not immediately banked, you may have a problem.
