What do you like best?
I like that you can save the template for a certificate of insurance or an application and send it out that way. It still saves it as new but also creates the new Document.
What do you dislike?
The same feature that I love so much, isn’t quite as easy to navigate on the App. It’s super easy on the full online version though.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Super easy to use on the go with the App access. I live that part of it.

Best software for PDF editing! My non-profit radio station has been more productive than ever before with PDFfiller! An user-friendly web app able to do much more than you thought it would do! - Edit PDF files easily - Recognize text and make them editable - Sign document simple as 1-2-3 It is not really cons, but some features are actually useless for me (ex: print to other companies to be sent at our offices)

A zero-hour contract is a type of contract between an employer and a worker, where the employer is not obliged to provide any minimum working hours, while the worker is not obliged to accept any work offered. Depending on jurisdiction and conditions of employment, a zero-hour contract may differ from casual work.
By law, your employees get 5.6 weeks' paid holiday every year as long as they work five days a week. But staff on zero hours contracts won't work the same amount of hours each welkin fact, some weeks they won't work at all. Yet all zero hours worker sunless they're self-employedstill get holiday pay.
Employees on zero-hours contracts accrue annual leave from the first day of their employment. Therefore, holiday is accrued at a rate of 12.07% per hour. The 12.07% figure is calculated by taking 5.6 weeks' holiday and dividing it by 46.4 weeks (which is 52 weeks less 5.6 weeks).

Yes, workers do get holiday pay even on a zero-hour contract. Even though they might work fewer hours than full-time employees, these workers still have rights. This includes a right to annual leave.
If you work less than 16 hours a week you might qualify for Job seeker's Allowance. You could also get income-related benefits like Housing Benefit and Council Tax Benefit. You probably won't have automatic rights to maternity, paternity or adoption leave, a notice period or statutory redundancy pay.
Zero-hours workers are entitled to statutory annual leave and the National Minimum Wage in the same way as regular workers. Furthermore, you cannot do anything to stop a zero-hours worker from getting work elsewhere. The law says they can ignore a clause in their contract if it bans them from: accepting work from another employer.
There is a common misunderstanding that a zero-hours contract worker has no statutory rights. This is not true. You will be entitled to basic statutory employment rights such as the National Minimum Wage (NEW), holiday pay and statutory rest breaks, based on the hours that you are required to work.
