Liking it so far. But when I'm using the eraser, line, or other tool, it automatically changes back to text add mode after saving the change I've made rather than staying with the eraser, line drawer, etc. If you did it this way b/c more users keep erasing, adding lines, highlights, etc when they intend to make only one change and start typing then nevermind. I would rather it stay with the eraser, highlighter, etc. and I'll switch back to adding text when I'm ready to do so. Hope that helps.

Handy little software for fillable PDFs Create fillable PDFs in minutes with PDFfiller. What do you like best? Many of our forms require customization for each customer. The pdfFiller support team is very helpful What do you dislike? I would like more font options. Other then that I have no problems Recommendations to others considering the product: pdFiller will make life a lot easier dealing with forms and getting signatures What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Many times we need to make forms our own such as adding our logo. So we don't have to recreate the form or document.

A deed must always be notarized and filed in the public records. It may also have to be witnessed. The person who will sign the deed (the person who is transferring the property) should take the deed to a notary public, who will watch the person sign the deed and will sign and stamp it.
Most real estate deeds are notarized by attorneys. A Quitclaim Deed must be notarized by a notary public or attorney in order to be valid. Consideration in a Quitclaim Deed is what the Grantee will pay to the Granter for the interest in the property.
Quitclaim deeds are the odd ducks of the deed family since they do not even let you know if any interest whatsoever is being transferred. However, quit claims are like other deeds in one way: They must be recorded to be valid. Recording allows anyone interested in the property to determine the legal owner.
A quit claim deed transfers the legal ownership of the property from one party to another, and doesn't require attorneys or legal help, unless you choose to consult an attorney.
