I find this program easy to use, but if I'm totally honest I searched on line how to fill PDF form not understanding that after filling the form in 4 hour ( very complicated licencing form) when I came to save it I had to pay did not think it was clear at the beginning of the process the cost implication as I'm doing this on behalf of a charity low on funds. I worked on a form without signing into my account. I came back to work on it some more and couldn't find it. Back in the day we needed a typewriter to fill-in the boxes. But, today, it is a must have to fill-in the boxes on various forms with the pdf filler and be able to complete your business work. I just love having this program to help me get my work completed!

Excellent customer service!
I used the pdfFiller when I had no access to a printer- it was efficient and easy to use. However this was a one off and thought I had cancelled my subscription. When I saw I was being charged I was concerned as I have no need for the service on a subscription, however I contacted pdfFiller customer services explaining my situation and I received a very reassuring reply from Max and the pending transaction was cancelled immediately. If I ever need the service again I wouldn’t hesitate to use pdfFiller or recommend them. Outstanding customer service.

Had an unknown charge from pdf filler on my credit card, contacted them and they were very helpfully clearing up the charge it had been my wife who had subscribed to them but she has since passed away they cancelled subscription and gave full refund

Life Saver
I have been working from home since the covid19 and my use of office equipment were lessened, made it hard for me to work and I tried pdfFiller, this is a great app which helps me a lot with my work now.
