To create and print the mailing labels, you must first prepare the worksheet data in Excel, and then use Word to configure, organize, review, and print the mailing labels.

To print address labels from Excel, you'll need to transfer your contact information over to Word, which will process the labels. To begin, open a new Word document. Click over to the Mailings tab on the top menu bar, and find the section called Start Mail Merge.
In Word, select Mailings > Start Mail Merge. Choose the kind of merge you want to run. Go to the Mailings tab and select Recipients > Use an Existing List. Find your Excel file, then select Open.
