I really like it so far. The snap to grid text editing is fantastic. The cloud options and email sync are perfect. Nice job. The UI is almost exactly like my Neat scanner software so it's very intuitive.

Great online resource for signing and completing PDF files
- I can send documents to people for review and signing directly from the website.
- PDFfiller works with our Dropbox account so I can upload files directly from Dropbox.
- The more advanced features of PDFfiller require a monthly subscription, though it isn't expensive considering all of the features that are included (custom branding, signature authentications, etc.).

I've been a customer of ********************** for almost 2 years now. The program has completely upped my game from writing business letters, filling out pdfs, faxing important documents - there is no limit to what you can do with a program like PDFFiller. But, what really pulled me in, other than the superb professional look and quality that PDFFiller gives my correspondence, was the help I received when I needed it. For example, I needed help with merging two documents that I needed to fax. I received help via the Chat Box within seconds of asking for assistance. It's like having your own IT team 24 hours a day! I also just found out that outbound faxes are included in the price and, if you want your own inbound fax number, $20.00 a month gets you your own fax number! The list goes on and on. so far i like it and that is 15 min into a 30 day trial, I reallyy needed to get some things notarized as well i cant believe that is a possibility or should i say a feature on pdffiller. Thank You, im glad i stumbled upod this app/program!!!

Can Section 8 tenants break lease?

How can I break my HUD lease?
The housing authority cannot end a lease except for serious or repeated violations of lease terms or for other good cause. The housing authority must send the tenant written notice of its intent to evict the tenant.

Commit fraud, bribery or any other corrupt criminal act in connection with any federal housing program. Have an outstanding debt owed to any housing authority in connection with Section 8 or public housing. Violate a repayment agreement to a housing authority.
Can you break a HUD lease?
Under program regulations and leases, termination of assistance occurs when a tenant is no longer eligible for subsidy or to enforce HUD program requirements. The owner may only terminate tenancy in limited circumstances as prescribed by HUD regulations and the lease and must follow HUD and state/local procedures.

How can I get out of my HUD lease?
While HUD may not care if you break a lease, you can bet the tenant will. If they don't leave, the only way to get them out is to file to evict them. Unless they have done something to violate the lease, you won't be able to. A judge won't evict them if they haven't violated the lease.
