Amazing Customer Service
While I was reviewing a couple of unauthorized charges on my PayPal account I noticed they were from PDF filler. Upon further investigation as to what PDF filler is, I realized that this was due to something a professor from a course I had taken last year had required the class to use to complete an assignment. He assured us that though we may need to put in our personal information, the service we were using would be "free". I did not realize that “free” was then turned into a renewable purchase fee. I contacted PDF filler to dispute the charges and explained what had happened. This company responded to my email with genuine kindness within a couple of hours to assist me with providing a refund upon receipt of a response providing verification information. I emailed them the information and again, within a couple of hours, I received a response that I had been refunded the fee. I appreciate how professional, considerate, and amazingly responsive this company has been- the whole process was quick and painless and I will certainly consider using PDF Filler in the future should I need such a service!!

It's been a nice use-friendly experience overall. I like the way pdf found elsewhere could be easily pulled into (uploaded) the program without a glitch. And I really that all my documents are saved into the same system even those docs complete a few years back. I was pleasantly surprised. I would like to continue learning more about all the features your platform is offering. Especially the signing and sending of docs to others. I sincerely sense these is going to be my 'go-to' platform for many of my pdf needs. I need to keep on top & keep up ;).

- Flexibility of drag and drop controls (date, text, etc)
- Ease of merging and detaching individual pages / coalesced documents
What do you dislike?
"Save" to desktop is usually 2 clicks. There could be a 1 click implementation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

I have used pdfFiller multiple times…
I have used pdfFiller multiple times and love their product. I primarily use it when applying for jobs and need a pdf converter to fill out applications. I like that I can just subscribe for the time I need the program and then cancel it. I also like that all my documents are saved to my account even after I cancel the service. I can just resubscribe and pick up where I left off. Customer support is EXCELLENT. Highly recommend pdfFiller.

Handy service. Swift support. I am amazed
Let me share with you my experience frankly. I needed to edit a one single pdf document. Found this service. Registered for a free trial. Edited the document swiftly and smoothly. And forgot about it. Till the moment I received a charge for the yearly subscription. Which, admittedly, is not low at all (though may be reasonable to those who use this service).Anyway, I contacted pdfFiller support team, and I was surprised by both: 1) the fact that they immediately agreed to issue a refund, as it met their policy (I canceled in less than 24 hours, actually, immediately) 2) that even though they told that I will receive the money back within 1-5 business days - I got it within a few minutes. I am perplexed. The only pity really is that I can't afford it

When I realized I had to solve a problem involving this company, I prepared myself for a multi-day, inconvenient annoyance. Instead, I was very pleasantly surprised to find a prompt reply which ended swiftly in a satisfactory way ... even though it turned out to be my own fault! I used the program for only one item but I "poked around" in it to get a better handle on it. For anyone using PDF's on an almost daily basis, I'm sure pdfFiller would be an extremely useful tool.

How do you do a mail merge with fillable PDF?
Get or create a fillable PDF form. Create an Excel spreadsheet. Make the first row of the spreadsheet contain the names of the fields from the fillable PDF. Fill data in the subsequent rows. Open PDF Mail Merge and browse for the data source Excel spreadsheet & the fillable PDF. Select an output folder.
Can I mail merge into an Excel document?
When you run a mail merge, your Excel file will get connected to your Word mail merge document, and Microsoft Word will be pulling the recipients' names, addresses and other details directly from your Excel worksheet. The columns in your Excel sheet should match the fields you want to use when doing a mail merge.
How do I convert a mail merge to PDF?
From the Mailings' menu select 'Finish & Merge'. Select 'Edit Individual Documents' from the pop down list. Check 'All' in the Merge to New Document pop up. A new Word window will open previewing every single document the merge will generate. Go to the File menu. Click 'Save As' and select your destination.
