Once I became familiar with the input it was pretty easy to use. However trying to Print was difficult. The on-line help didn't suggest using the DONE button!

I find it very helpful, but sometimes I can't find the form I have completed and I have to start over when I need to make changes. Or it wont allow me to make changes.

I'm not a computer person and I have trouble figuring out how to do things here at pdffiller. I'm sure the shortcomings are mine and not your program's.

It was very easy to use and was user friendly for using the icons to understand what I was doing. Process was a little slow, but I think that was my computer!

I had issues with the account and she was eager to fix it and then I had issues with the form and the same excellent response. She was not only knowledgeable, but fast and very, very helpful. An absolute lifesaver for form completion on the fly!

Multi function capability, I like the fact that it can enable you you edit your pdfs and then publish in various ways
Lot of the extra functions you have to pay extra for. Lot of the functions you may need you may have to pay extra for which is a turn off
