So far, so good. It is easy to learn and fill out forms. The questions I had were answered on the spot. Should make multiple signatures on a form possible via email. Amazing.

It was very easy to use and was user friendly for using the icons to understand what I was doing. Process was a little slow, but I think that was my computer!

Once I figured out how to use the eraser feature, this software was immensely helpful. Occasionally, it did not print the lines on Schedules K-1, but eventually it did. I have now successfully downloaded a file from the IRS and merged it into the file I was working on with pdf Filler. I really like this software.

I like the easy of use of the interface and the user friendliness of the product.

The need to install java is the one thing I dislike about this product
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Stop hesitating about whether this product will meet your needs, it will! Trust me. Act on your intuition and just try it. You will not want to stop after that have tried!
I think it is a better product that Adobe because of the price point and the many options that are available. I love the send to capture signature feature where this product allows you to get the signature of someone who does not even have the product at all.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Digital signatures and workflow becomes so much smoother using this product. I have also used it to do registration of students now we are working virtually - parents file the form out and I get notifications that they have completed the process so I can then pick up the completed form. This has worked great for some business needs that surfaced because of the current pandemic! I love this product!

I actually wish I needed this service. Twice now their support live chat saved my life with recovering a file and cancelled my subscription within seconds of requesting. 10/10.

How do I customize an invoice in Hero?
Click the organization name, select Settings, then click Invoice settings. Click New Branding Theme. Enter a name to help identify the theme. Adjust the other options as needed, such as page margins, font, etc. You can also enter your contact details and invoice or quote terms. Click Save.
How do I change bank details on Hero invoice?
Add bank account details or payment terms Click the organization name, select Settings, then click Invoice settings. Next to the standard theme you want to update, click Options, then select Edit.
How do you format an invoice?
Provide basic invoicing information at the top of the invoice. Number the invoice. Include your business name, address and telephone number at the top of the invoice in a “Remit to:” area.
How do I edit an invoice template?
Click the Gear icon. Under Your Company, click Custom Form Styles. To create a new template, click the New style button in the upper right-hand corner. Select Invoice. Go to the Design tab to edit the template name, logo, color, font, and margins.

Download and open our dual-purpose receipt template (DOCX, 27 KB). Click the organization name, select Settings, then click Invoice settings.
