There's no instructions of what forms are available. I use two that I've researched and used but a listing of all forms and a more convenient method of printing would be helpful.

In order to be able to transfer your domain name to another registrar you need to first unlock your domain name. Domain names registered through Foreground can be easily locked/unlocked from the Customer Area. Go to the My Account section and click on the Manage button next to the domain name you need to unlock.
Visit: google.com/android/devicemanager, on your computer or any other mobile phone. Sign in with the help of your Google login details that you had used in your locked phone as well. In the ADM interface, choose the device you want to unlock and then select “Lock”. Enter a temporary password and click on “Lock” again.
Yes, you can unlock your network locked phone without buying an unlock code. For this you have to ask your service provider to get the unlock code. One another method to unlock your phone for free by using software, but it is not recommended as it may damage your device.
When a handset is locked it means it will only work with the provider from whom you bought it. If your phone is locked it won't automatically become unlocked when your contract expires with your provider. You'll have to specifically ask your carrier to unlock it.
