I believe the staff is dedicated to helping the customers and are very professional. Thought I might have to talk to them in person, but they answer and respond quickly through chat and do everything they can to help you right away. When I just had to get my material out right away and short on funds allowed me to try out the program just a few days after I explained my difficulty. Then after few days able to of course, pay for this program that has helped me so much. The forms are easier to read by using PDFfiller, and the video of how to work the software is helpful as well. Simple, does the job
Maybe some standard forms should be on their site and properly labeled.
It's simple and does the job. It's very straight forward.

What do you like best?
I like how easy it is to upload documents and make the necessary changes to the documents that require modification. I have completed forms for students and uploaded signatures easily and have been able to successfully download documents as well.
What do you dislike?
I have noticed that sometimes when I upload a document that I previously edited using PDFFiller, it makes my signature super bold and not easily read. It changes the format automatically and I have to download a new document to upload and add a signature. It seems like once I utilize PDFfiller and download the document the format of the previous e-signature is no longer compatible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had to provide e-signatures to international students on their I-20 documents and PDFfiller has been an integral part of that process. It has been very accommodating for me to upload documents and sign them electronically for students and then easily download them and email them back to the students.

I had an issue and emailed the company and not only did 2 different people respond immediately they resolved my issue within a few hours of me sending the email. I’ve never seen that quick of a response before. Very impressive.

Works Perfectly!
I don't typically need a lot of editing, but what I do need this service does perfectly. No guessing about what you need to do like with some other apps, and although I do sort of enjoy the uncertainty of wondering whether things will actually edit or not pdfFiller has definitely helped me be more productive.

How do I rotate a PDF on my tablet?
Rotate PDF pages You can rotate a PDF document's pages in 90° increments to make it easier to view. Touch the overflow menu and choose either Rotate Left or Rotate Right to select the direction you'd like to rotate the document and change how the document's pages are displayed.
How do I rotate a PDF on my Samsung tablet?
The view now changes, so the pages of the PDF are arranged as thumbnails and the thumbnail button will be highlighted. Tap on the edit button which is in the bottom-left corner of the screen. Select the page(s) that you want to rotate. Tap on the rotate button (the 3rd button).
