In case, as part of monitoring, if you encounter some old sap locks and after thorough analysis, you would like to delete these, it can be done in the following ways : Select the locks and delete the lock from SM12. Identify the user who has set the respective lock and end the user session using SM04 transaction code.
Deleting a lock held by active users may result in data loss or inconsistencies. If you want to delete an individual lock entry, position your cursor on the entry and choose Lock entry Delete. By choosing Lock entry Delete all, you can delete all the lock entries at once.
Go to transaction code SM04. Find the particular user whose session you want to delete. Double-click on the user and click on End Session.
To View Locked Transactions you need to look in field INFO, table TTC. Goto's transaction SE11 or SE16 and view the table TTC, the field is INFO. Enter “A0” as the “HEX01 data element for SST” starting value and “A9” as the ending value. This will list all the transactions locked in the system.
Re: Locked concur Account You can try the Forgot Password Link on the SAP Concur Sign-in screen and choose option 2 or contact your site administrator. However, if you are the site administrator, then you'll have to wait for 24 hours for it to unlock.
