Inside your organization, go to Settings, then General Settings. Under Organization click Financial Settings. Under Lock Dates, enter the date you want to lock your organization's accounts.

In the Accounting menu, select Advanced, then click Financial settings. Under Lock Dates, enter the date to lock transactions at. Click Save.
What does enable payments to this account mean in Hero?
Overview. Enable accounts, so they can be selected to record payments on invoices, bills, and other transactions.

If your subscription payment is overdue, your account may be suspended, and you won't be able to access your Hero organization. If you're the subscriber, you can pay the overdue amount.
