If you unlock the bootloader you will void your warranty, if you flash your phone you “could” void your warranty, if you root your phone without unlocking the bootloader and without flashing there shouldn't be an issue as you can uproot your phone and the root access should be gone — your warranty is back!

If that is the case, there is no way to revert the Warranty Bit and Knox won't work on this device. The only way to get the device back to its original settings is to replace the PBA (Printed Board Assembly) on the device. Hardware replacement will be required.
Not completely -- but you can uproot it -- that is, revoke root permissions. If you used root to uninstall OEM apps -- those are still gone. If you installed apps that require root, those will not function w/o root permissions.
First things first, when doing anything to your Android device, make sure you back up your data. Uprooting will wipe data from your phone, so back up anything you want to keep hold of into cloud storage or onto an SD card/PC.

Any Phone that has only been rooted: If all you've done is root your phone, and stuck with your phone's default version of Android, uprooting should (hopefully) be easy. You can uproot your phone using an option in the Supers app, which will remove root and replace Android's stock recovery.
Download and install Supers from the Google Play Store. Launch Supers and go to the Settings tab. Scroll down until you see Full uproot. You'll be asked to confirm that you want to completely uproot your device tap continue. Once done, Supers will close automatically.
