Kara provided great tech assistance and she was polite, friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. The 4 stars is for Kara. The company on the other hand... not so helpful. They are great at marketing their product but provide very limited and nearly useless resources for helping their subscribers troubleshoot issues and/or educating the consumer on the tools and functions of the product. The company YouTube channel spends about 30 seconds on "how to" and the remainder of the video is promoting the product. Seriously, every single video, watch for yourself. All fluff and no substance.

How do I print a locked PDF?
Upload a Secured PDF in Google Docs. Open Google Docs and log in to your account. Print Locked PDF. After uploading and viewing the locked PDF in Google Docs, click the “Print” button. Print PDF. In the new window, select the “Save” option to save it as an unlocked PDF.
How do you unlock a locked page?
On the Page Designer toolbar, click the Page locked by you button. If the page has been locked by another user the Lock button appears in red. You cannot unlock a page locked by another user. Click Unlock.
How do you unlock a signature in PDF?
1 Answer. If the signature in the form is yours, you can open the Signature pane on the left side, right-click on the signature and choose “Clear Signature”. This way the form will be unlocked.
How do I remove a password from my payslip?
Go to the Secure tab section. Now scroll down to the Remove Security option and click to remove the password encryption, then save it by pressing Ctrl + S from Keyboard.
