I needed this program badly, just in the time for distance learning because of the Corona Virus. It was easy to navigate through and use. My only wish is that I would have found this program years earlier! I will update my rating to include the student (recipient) experience of pdfFiller after they return their first homework assignment.

What do you like best?
The ability to edit PDF documents quickly and easily
What do you dislike?
When documents are locked by other applications such as DocuSign you cannot sign them or open them with this software. You are however able to sign them on that platform after creating a separate logon with DocuSign.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Ability to send to sign is a huge time saver in getting contracts signed by sellers

Get the object ID of the locked table: SELECT object_id FROM dba_objects WHERE object_name='YOUR TABLE NAME'; Get the SID values for this ID: SELECT SID FROM block WHERE id1=OBJECT ID FROM STEP1. Get the session values for these SID's: ... Kill the sessions causing the lock:
The only way to “unlock” any kind of lock in Oracle is to perform a COMMIT or ROLLBACK. ... You can release the lock using ROLLBACK or COMMIT. ... When using NOW AIT clause, I think we can access “locked table” using blinks. ... Yes, you can release the lock by using rollback or commit.
Find the SID of the session which is blocking then get the serial# from the same from session. Then use alter system kill session(SID, serial#) to kill the session.
Table Locks ™ What are table locks in Oracle? Table locks perform concurrency control for simultaneous DDL operations so that a table is not dropped in the middle of a DEL operation, for example. When Oracle issues a DDL or DEL statement on a table, a table lock is then acquired.
Without this option, Oracle takes the share lock.) The share lock or share row exclusive lock on the child table prohibits other processes from getting a row exclusive lock (Mode 3) on the table. The waiting session will wait until the blocking session commits or rolls back its transaction.
LOCK TABLES and UNLOCK TABLES interact with the use of transactions as follows: LOCK TABLES is not transaction-safe and implicitly commits any active transaction before attempting to lock the tables. UNLOCK TABLES implicitly commits any active transaction, but only if LOCK TABLES has been used to acquire table locks.
If you were to add BEGIN TRANSACTION (or BEGIN TRAN) before the statement it automatically makes the transaction explicit and holds a lock on the table until the transaction is either committed or rolled back.
1 Answer. A single statement like that works the same with MyISAM or InnoDB, with a transaction or with autocommit=ON. ... InnoDB locks only rows, not tables. (OK, DDL statement do bolder locks.)
Let's consider that your only option for a “super accurate” count is to lock the entire table and prohibit anyone from adding or deleting any rows (but without preventing shared reads), e.g.: SELECT count = COUNT(*) FROM DBO.
