Unlock Clock is a mini app that you can install on your phone. Once done, you need to go to wherever Wallpapers are located on your device and choose the Unlock Clock wallpaper because that's what it is, a live wallpaper of sorts. Now, each time you unlock your device, the clock moves forward by one number.
Go to Settings then select Lock screen and security. Tap the Clock and FaceWidgets option, then select Clock style. In the options, Clock style will show all the default options. At the end of the list, you will see a new icon (pictured below).

Make sure the lock screen option is enabled, and then select the Clock and FaceWidgets option. After that, tap on the Clock style selection, and you should see a number of clock styles on the bottom.

If it's an Android, like Samsung, you simply pinch with two fingers or a finger and your thumb on the home screen. It will shrink and give you an option to select widgets. Tap on widgets and then search them for the date and time widget that you want. Then simply hold your finger on it and drag it to your home screen.
Press Home button to show the home screen. Tap and hold your finger on any available space, select Widgets → Clock & Weather.
