I loved it but need to know more about how to use it I dont know how to blank out the form once I have filled it out, saved it, and put it in the folder. I want to use it again but it has the old information on it help email me my phone is broken and i will not have it back until tomorrow

How do you get into the castle settlement in Division 2?
Once you're close enough, you should receive a button prompt for you to press “X”, Square “, or whatever your “Use” binding is on PC. Hold the button down until the circle fills, and you'll trigger the second Castle settlement cutscene, unlocking it for fast travel and bringing Also into your team for a while.

How to Find and Unlock the Castle Settlement. If you're having trouble finding the Castle Settlement, it's located in the East Mall in the lower left-hand corner of the map. See below for an image. Castle is surrounded by green light in the center of my screen.
Why is the castle settlement empty Division 2?
If you don't like spoilers, turn away now if you haven't reached The Division 2 Castle Settlement. We missed it, too, during the story missions, but it is explained that this settlement is a failed one. It is basically a husk of its former self, which makes it empty and useless to the player.
Why is the castle settlement greyed out?
Without spoiling anything, the castle settlement is uninhabited, and while you can fast travel to it, it is abandoned and does not function as the other settlements do. There will be no missions available there, and it simply acts as a location to progress the story. That's why it would be greyed out.

How do you unlock Jefferson Plaza Division 2?
Jefferson Plaza. This page takes you through the Jefferson Plaza Story Mission where you investigate the True Sons activity for The Division 2. To unlock this mission you'll need to go to the Castle Settlement south of the Theater Settlement in East Mall. You'll find the settlement has been attacked with chemicals.
