I had a little trouble finding the right form for the Post Office EDDM program. First, I got an outdated form which was corrected at the post office. When I complained to customer support, they were very helpful and I was able to access the up-to-date form.

The program did not function as I anticipated, but after I played around with it, I realized it was still a useful tool. I am a Licensed Counselor and this is a great tool used to communicate and transmit sensitive information online. I highly recommend to others!

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
Can transcripts be changed?
The transcript displays the official record of classes students enroll in during school, so most grades cannot be changed or removed. Some schools allow students to file appeals on grades to get them changed, particularly in the case of withdrawals for situations beyond the student's control.
Can high school transcripts be changed?
There are two versions of your high school transcript: official and unofficial. This is so people reading the official transcript can be certain no changes were made to it after it was released by the school and that the information it contains is 100% accurate.
Can you change your transcript?
You are not supposed to edit your academic transcript. Some places will even ask for a copy signed by a JP to certify its authenticity. Even if they don't ask for that it's still fraudulent to edit it. You cannot undo the past.
Can you remove a grade from your high school transcript?
Some schools allow students to petition to have a grade removed from use in calculating the cumulative GPA, but the record of the class is not withdrawn from the transcript. Other schools let you petition to remove a grade for medical reasons, such as at Sacramento State University in Sacramento, CA.
How long are high school transcripts kept?
Therefore, it is in the school district's discretion to decide how long to keep such records. In keeping with the intent of 603 CMR 23.06, however, the time limit for destruction of the record should probably be not less than sixty years for a transcript and not more than five years for the temporary record.
Can you get classes taken off your transcript?
Some schools allow students to petition to have a grade removed from use in calculating the cumulative GPA, but the record of the class is not withdrawn from the transcript. The course will remain on the transcript, but the grade will not be included in the cumulative GPA.

Does retake classes look bad on transcripts?
Retaking a course may raise your student's GPA (grade point average). In many schools, if a student retakes a course, the most recent grade will replace the lower grade in the student's GPA. The earlier, lower grade will remain on the transcript, but will not be included in the GPA.
