editing document is fine. Underlining is hard to figure out. Simply saving for future use (not exporting) is not clear but I stumbled on a solution that I hope will work.

My first send could not be read by the recipient, so I printed to send. THen cannot reuse forms ie erase and reuse parts. Otherwise getting better with it.

The support with this company surpasses anything I have ever dealt with. Honestly, I NEVER write reviews because I have never been moved to do so; however, today I was. Quick response, did exactly what I wanted, no questions asked just solutions. We can all learning something from this great customer service. This is too few and far between nowadays. How do you change footnotes to letters?
To change the formatting of the footnote numbers, select the Footnotes Reference Style. If you want to change the formatting of the footnote text at the bottom of the page, select the Footnote Text Style. Click Modify, and then change the formatting options (font, size, and so on).
How do you change footnote numbers in Word?
Hold down CONTROL, click the cross-reference number, and then click Update Field on the shortcut menu. Word updates cross-references automatically when you print. To quickly add a footnote or end note, on the Document Elements tab, under Citations, click Footnote or End note.
How do you update footnote numbers in Word?
Make sure the References tab is selected on the ribbon. Click the small downward-pointing arrow in the lower-right corner of the Footnotes group. Make sure the Footnotes radio button is selected. Change the Start At value to reflect where you want Word to start numbering.
