In OneNote, click the Tools menu, and then click Options. In Project and Vision, click the Tools menu, click Options, and then click the General tab.
To help clear this up, you can show each author's initials next to their changes. To show author initials, click History > Hide Authors. Note: The Hide Authors button is a toggle that you click to turn on or off. Click it again if you no longer want to see author initials.

Click History > Recent Edits. Pick a date range you want to see edits for. To move from change to change, click a page title in the Search Results list. When you're done reviewing the changes, click the close button in the upper-right corner of the Search Results list.
The OneNote application for Windows 10, as you can see, does not have a History tab. However, the OneNote 2016 has this feature that lets you view the recent changes made on a notebook by going to the Recent Edits tool.
