I believe the staff is dedicated to helping the customers and are very professional. Thought I might have to talk to them in person, but they answer and respond quickly through chat and do everything they can to help you right away. When I just had to get my material out right away and short on funds allowed me to try out the program just a few days after I explained my difficulty. Great concept - I can finally share my documents with people. Although it would be good to be able to switch things off like the steps clip note as on some of my pages there are 300+ fields to fill in!

Too easy to get into FONT setup and not get out and return to font specified in document. I only wanted to get the lowest priced version, not discontinue.

It´s very complete, For me is the best online PDF manager, but i don´t have money to pay the service, I live in Argentina and I think that this service could works with adds to solvent the development

So far everything seems to be working effectively. Only had one inconvenience and that was when I tried printing and I kept getting a black block on the signature panel.

What do you like best?
The ability to send PDF's for signature and manipulate fields...
What do you dislike?
sometimes the automatic field mapping can be quirky and when people sign documents it may not be the most intuitive set up.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Having to print out paper to just to sign and scan back. Also, due to the pandemic and less people having in person meetings this can be used to sign documents even when you are not face to face with clients.
