Since this is my first time and I have never used one of these before, I am still learning. But so far am happy with it. I just wish it was easier to actually contact a human being to ask questions when I am not sure about something and so have to search and keep trying to find what I want.

Would like to see a better way to organize/save files for easier opening. Would like to see a way to convert files to PDF as well. No need to send a follow-up survey, your system won't allow us to complete it without having a Facebook or Linkedin account...we know our own e-mail address and it won't accept it.

I like being able to streamline our company process with our patient's paperwork.
What do you dislike?
I use the Sign Now that the availability comes with the Platinum pkg. I found that I have to keep resubmitting every document I upload...I have to refresh the page. Every document I send out I have to refresh the page again. I know to clean my cookies and Cache and I still have to refresh.

I love the fact that the clients can sign their documents as we wait instead of looking for an email or having to print it out sign it and then get it back to us.

Ability to use templates was the most helpful. I like PDF filler because I can encrypt and decrypt documents, merge PDF files, crop or rotate PDF pages. It's fairly easy to use but the interface isn't great.

The user interface is not intuitive for me. I liked all other features and don't have much bad to say. I'll continue to refer people.

Functionality
Functionality. But some links could be more clearer. For example, how to delete an entire line from a pdf? I figured it out but took some trial and error.

Easy to use and price is good
easy to edit any pdf file and love that it has watermaker. everything is really easy to use and understand all in all i love it

This statement is still true (I am still using the trial version, so I haven't had enough time using it yet).
I am also new to my position; therefore, it will take time, before I know of the various ways that I could utilize this software.
My new employer is still using typewriters for several forms, which made me research fillable forms online.

I love Pdf Filler. I have tried ten different products similar to Pdf Filler and none of them had the features, functionality, utility, intuitive interface, and price point. I tried ADOBE and absolutely hated every moment. I cannot tell you how happy I am with your product!!! We have streamlined our HR onboarding process and our clinician credentialing process. This site was exactly what we needed to edit pdf's and create fillable fields for all of our school enrollment forms. The options for receiving the information when completed, as well as many other perks made this a perfect product for our use. We continue to find more and more uses in our school setting for using pdffiller. I highly recommend this product.
