At first, I was disappointed by the service. We needed to fill out a rental application and have been very stressed. We found this website which seemed to be a dream come true. It was very good and worked very well. However, overpriced. I did not like that I could not switch to a different sign on option after purchase and that if I terminate the agreement, you delete access to files instead of offering a transition courtesy print/save/view.

What do you like best?
As a beginner, I was surprised not only with the fact that PDFfiller was so much easier to learn and use than the Adobe Suite but also at the range of capabilities on offer! From my first use of this online program I found new pleasure in dealing with .pdf files. I now use the program Every Single Day to create, manipulate or convert files that used to sit waiting, sometimes for days at a time, to be done by the one or two people with access to more expensive and less user friendly programs. Now I have a new "can-do" attitude to the workings of .pdf files. I can't recommend this online tool enough and it's so affordable, you can buy a license to use at home. Great product, lots of advantages. You will not look back, you will not regret this purchase.
What do you dislike?
The user Interface could do with being a little less busy. A streamlined interface and a compact "how to..." would take a 9/10 to a 10. It just needs some tweaking and it's perfect!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
In my opinion it is definitely worth spending the small amount to upgrade to the paid version!

Administration issues generally...adding text, file conversion and commenting on documents...are all problems that I had to either pay to have done elsewhere or ask for an expensive subscription that was never in my budget and wouldn't be approved if I had asked.

Great stuff
Great stuff. Easy to use. Used it once and then cancelled free trial without any issues. Would recommend if you need to fill a document.

Fast and great service
Fast and great service. Program was great but we didn't really have use for it. We forgot to cancel after our trial and was charged. Totally our fault. I contacted them and they handled this immediately. Talk about fast service. 😊 Thanks again.

Had an issue with my subscription
Had an issue with my subscription cancellation, was rectified within less than an hour by Kim and very efficient customer service.

At work, I use ABBY and it is very effective. I didn't think to get that before I chose this. I was searching quickly, but am ok with it. I would to redact in groups by typing the first few characters.

PDFfiller has great customer support
PDFfiller offers a great service, but unfortunately I don't have the opportunity to use it enough.
But that truly sets this business apart from the competition is their customer service.
I've never seen any other CS that would respond so quickly, be so attentive and managed to resolve my issue so promptly.
I cannot recommend them enough.
