Answer to my prayers. TurboTax, IRS, other www sites gave me horrors. I started your site one day and somehow decided to leave and why I decided to go back to those other sites again was a HUGE mistake ... it all gave me horrors. I prayed again this morning and low and behold, your site was simple as apples to apples. I gave God the biggest smile and thank you for solving my nightmare to fill out the contractors 1099-misc for 2016. Late I am and was because of my health, and the contractor didn't sign the W-9 form which I had waited for which he finally emailed it to me. I received a message saying thank you for payment on the annual subscription. I simply emailed back stating that I had cancelled the subscription before the trial period ended, and I requested a refund. I was contacted almost immediately from a representative of pdfFiller that they had cancelled the subscription and issued a credit back to me. I am impressed with how quick and easy it was. Thank you!

Great customer service
I messed up, and realized after being billed that I hadn't actually finished cancelling my membership. Customer service (Anna) was very helpful, voiding the payment and cancelling my membership, which is a far better policy than most companies have. Her messages were friendly and the response time was very quick.

What do you like best?
Everything about PDFFiller makes my days easier. It's affordable, easy to use, and makes any PDF editing absolutely easy and fast. I would definitely recommend PDFFiller to anyone who needs to be able to edit PDFs or make them fillable. Hands down the best program I've ever used!
What do you dislike?
I haven't found anything about PDFFiller yet that isn't helpful or user friendly.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you need a software that does it all - edits PDF files, helps you to make PDF files fillable, even lets you send out faxes - PDF Filler is what you need! The annual cost is very affordable for all that it offers and I've yet to see, use, or even hear about any other service that offers all that PDFFiiller does.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
The problems that I solve using PDFFiller most is to make PDFs fillable - especially since COVID started and we have more people working from home or trying to fill out documents from home.
