Overall a very positive experience. I think customers should be given the option of a low-cost limited one-time use of the site with full features, rather than forcing customers to subscribe for a full month or year with automatic renewal.

What do you like best?
I like that you can save the template for a certificate of insurance or an application and send it out that way. It still saves it as new but also creates the new Document.
What do you dislike?
The same feature that I love so much, isn’t quite as easy to navigate on the App. It’s super easy on the full online version though.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Super easy to use on the go with the App access. I live that part of it.

One of our favorite things about our long-term Tesla Model 3 is the constant improvement made possible by its over-the-air updates. We recently updated it to the latest version of the software's Version 10.2 (2019.40.
The new update is called 2020.4. 11 and the release notes don't mention anything new, but this Model X is now showing a range of 354 miles on a full charge, which is even higher than the updated EPA estimate.
Tap on the yellow icon to display the scheduling window. Tap 'Controls' > 'Software' to determine if your car has a software update available. Start updates from the Tesla app.
You just go to the Software menu and either hold down the Advanced slider or press it 5 times. Then it starts downloading!

Tesla recently offered Model 3 owners a software upgrade to enhance the performance of the long-range version of the car. The upgrade costs $2,000 and drops the 0-60mph speed to 3.9 seconds from 4.4 seconds. That's BMW M3 territory, for a car that isn't even Tesla's top-spec performance model.
Tesla Model 3 owners, specifically the owners of Long Range, dual-motor models, can now wring more performance from their electric sedans thanks to the Acceleration Boost upgrade. Owners will have to pay $2,000 for the extra oomph while running that latest Tesla software version 2019.40.
