I had to amend my 2014 federal taxes, and when I went in to the form, it brought me onto your site. I filled out the form and went to print when I found out that there was a cost for the program. I only needed the program for a short amount of time. I will be cancelling the program as soon as my amended tax forms are completed and the IRS is satisfied.

Best support team I have ever had. I used the dreaded "CHAT" where I usually end up banging my head against the wall. Today I chatted with Sam and I am dumbfounded how great things went! I can honestly say I have NEVER had the satisfaction that I got today! I can't even think of a chat before where I felt human afterwards. Today, I am gobsmacked how well everything went!Sam took care of what I was there for and did it with professionalism like I have NEVER experienced in a chat with a business!I can not say enough about this company! I had used a free trial to recomplete a teacher application. However, I ended up cancelling when I didn't find it to be as user friendly as I thought it would be . I was charged when the one-month subscription was up and wrote to let them know I had a snip of my cancelled screen.They were very responsive and I was able to get a full refund. "

I apparently came to your website…
I apparently came to your website around a month ago for some reason. I do not remember why... But, for whatever reason, I signed up for a 30 day free trial and gave you my CC number. I rarely ever do something like this... either way, I noticed the charge on my debit card statement over the weekend and this morning addressed it with Thomas from Customer Service. I was a little frustrated by it, he calmly read my chat message and assured me he would take care of it. Within minutes I received an email cancelling the subscription and refunding my money. Thomas was curteous, professional, quick, and thorough. This is the kind of customer service I WISH all companies had. Especially technical type companies where you rarely get to speak with a human or a person that you can understand. Thank you for hiring people like Thomas.
