My experience Pryor to contact customer support via online chat wasn't a pleasant experience. However my representative went over and beyond in my opinion to resolve the issue for me. If customer support is this affect and expressed concern the way he did on a daily or frequent basis... then definitely purchase this product. Hands down.

I found this site to be helpful, but . . . I found this site to be helpful. A great time saver on changing documents. I would have saved more time, if I knew ahead of time, that the scanned in pdf, that I edited, would not be able to convert to a word document.

Tap Settings to open the Settings menu. Tap Date & Time. Tap Automatic. If this option is turned off, check that the correct Date, Time and Time Zone are selected.

From your home screen, navigate to Settings. Tap General. Tap Date & Time. Make sure that the option Set Automatically is turned on. If this option is turned off, check that the correct Date, Time and Time Zone are selected.
Right click on Time on the taskbar\\Adjust time/date. If the time is wrong now, please turn off set automatic time. Right click on time\\Adjust time and date\\scroll down to bottom\\add clocks for different time zones\\Internet time\\click on change settings. Enable “Synchronize with an internet time-server”.
Open the Settings on your phone. Scroll down and tap System. Tap Date & time. Source: Joe Making / Android Central. Tap the toggle next to Use network-provided time to disable the automatic time. Tap that same toggle again to re-enable it.
Click the “Settings” button to open the Settings menu. Click the “Date & Time” option to open the Date & Time Settings menu. Click “Automatic” to deactivate the automatic date & time updates. You can then set a new date.
If you're worried about your phone's ability to switch the time automatically, go double-check your “date & time” settings (typically under the “system” section) and make sure your time zone is set properly and that you have “automatic date & time” and/or “automatic time zone” turned on.
Go to settings, then to date & time under system, and select automatic date & time and automatic time zone. This should fix your problem.
