I find this program easy to use, but if I'm totally honest I searched on line how to fill PDF form not understanding that after filling the form in 4 hour ( very complicated licencing form) when I came to save it I had to pay did not think it was clear at the beginning of the process the cost implication as I'm doing this on behalf of a charity low on funds. Much better than last year. But the pages slide badly -- need one page at a time to finish rather than slipping from page to page as I try to work on just one.

The average player signs 300 times every 60 minutes. During a recent show at the Disneyland Hotel in Anaheim, patrons paid $20 each for Mantle, Williams and Muhammad Ali autographs, $11 for ex-Dodger pitcher Sandy Koufax and $10 for all-time hit leader Pete Rose and waited in lines for an hour or more for each athlete.
Autographs in collegiate sports became a national topic last summer when images surfaced of former Texas A&M quarterback Johnny Daniel signing photos for a sports memorabilia dealer in Florida. The NCAA forbids athletes from profiting financially from their name or likeness while they're in college.
The NCAA currently prohibits student-athletes from selling autographs, accepting money as “gifts” and having contact with an agent without losing their “amateur” status and becoming ineligible to continue playing in NCAA games.
(Reuters) — U.S. college athletes can profit from brand sponsorships and endorsement deals under a new rule approved on Tuesday by the governing board of the NCAA, the organization that regulates U.S. collegiate sports. It directed each of the NCAA's three divisions to update their bylaws no later than January 2021.
As collegiate athletes in the NCAA, players aren't allowed to accept any type of benefit whether it be items or money.
Companies like Panini and Leaf pay draft picks per signature -- an industry source says McKinley's rate was in the $2 to $5 range -- and the players sign sticker sheets that are then added onto the cards.
Hard-Signed Autographed Card An autographed card that features a signature inscribed directly onto the card's surface. Instead of being a part of the normal base set, however, they are part of a subset, or set within the set. They look different from the common cards, and usually have different names.
A sticker autograph card is a card that is autographed but the autograph itself is not actually on the card. To me, sticker autos feel so much less authentic since the card was never actually handled by the athlete. At the time of signing, the athlete has no idea where his autographed stickers are going to end up.
