For pdfFiller’s FAQs

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
Dress the part. Ask for an upgrade. Be early. Travel solo. Travel during peak times. Sit next to the baby or take the middle seat. Give up your spot. Check your seat.
Ask the ticket counter agent. Book with a travel agent. Check in early. Volunteer to get “bumped” from an overbooked flight. Ask a flight attendant for an upgrade if you see a seat available. Become a member of your airline's frequent flyer program.
Until recently, if you had even mid-tier elite status with an airline, you could bet on getting upgraded from economy to business or first class on many, if not most, of your flights. Not anymore. These days, scoring a free upgrade has become the exception rather than the rule of frequent flying.
Be a seriously loyal customer. Get an airline credit card. Dress neatly. Check in online at the earliest possible time. Be on time, and have good timing. Ask politely and directly. Be reasonable.
Choose slow travel times. Be loyal to a carrier. Arrive to the airport early. Ask for an upgrade if you're late. Check all emails from your air carrier. Ask for an upgrade as fair treatment for an airline's mistake. Play nicely. Dress to impress.
Most upgrades from economy or premium economy to business start around $400 and often venture up to $1000. For flights over 7 hours that include fast track, a VIP lounge and a proper bed- $500 seems like a reasonable offer- if the number is comfortable to you.
Arrive early at the gate and politely request an upgraded seat. If seats are available, you may be able to score an upgrade just by asking. If you have been inconvenienced on a previous flight with the airline, let the gate agent know, but be nice about it if you really want the upgrade.
Ask the ticket counter agent. Book with a travel agent. Check in early. Volunteer to get “bumped” from an overbooked flight. Ask a flight attendant for an upgrade if you see a seat available. Become a member of your airline's frequent flyer program.
