At first was a bit different in look and function but after a short time became very easy and logical to use. Still wish you could print directly from editing screen.

There are things I still can't figure but overall, I am getting the hang of it and it seems fine. It takes a while to go between pages but that could be on my end.

For pdfFiller’s FAQs

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
Biennial updates can be completed online, by email, by mail, or by fax. Online: If your US DOT Number is active, you may update your registration online. Detailed instructions are attached to this FAQ. By fax: you can fax your signed form to 202-366-3477 or 606-330-3802.
Go to www.fmcsa.dot.gov/BiennialUpdate, sign in using the PIN provided in your warning notice from FMCSA, and complete the biennial update process. You may also complete the biennial update process by mail or by fax.
The biennial update is a requirement set by the FMCSA to update your MCS-150 Form (also called the Motor Carrier Identification Report) every two years, keep in mind some states actually require you to update it every year as part of renewing your truck/fleet registration.
Routine US DOT Number Updates To view a company's current information, go to the SAFER System's Company Snapshot. Updates can be done online via the FMCSA online registration system with your US DOT PIN, or by filing an MCS-150 form. See below for more information on updating your US DOT number information.
Online: You can update your US DOT number company information on the Licensing and Insurance (L&I) website by filing an MCS-150 (Motor Carrier Identification Report). To update online you will need a Personal Identification Number (PIN). You can apply for your PIN online.
If it's odd, you're required to file your MCS-150 in every odd numbered calendar year. If it's even, then you file in even numbered calendar years. For example: If your DOT Number is 5555515, you're required to file in odd numbered years. If your DOT Number is 5555525, you're required to file in even numbered years.
Biennial Updates You are required to provide this update every two years even if your company has not changed its information, has ceased interstate operations since the last update, or is no longer in business, and you did not notify FMCSA.
You must complete your biennial update every two years. The month in which your update is due will depend on the last digit of your US DOT number. If your US DOT number ends in 1, for example, your update is due in January. US DOT numbers ending in 2 must be updated in February, and so on.
