The support team are the BEST!I didn’t understand that I was signing up a yearly subscription. I wanted to use the pdf only once. I notice in my account they charge me for a yearly subscription. I am absolutely amazed at the customer service I received today. I accidentally purchased the wrong plan and had messaged these guys to advise and ask if they could put me on the plan I wanted and asked if I could get a refund for the difference that I paid. They done all of this within a matter of hours no questions asked they simply helped me with my request straight away. How do you update M files?
You can open the settings for automatic updates by choosing Automatic Updates from the Microsoft Windows start menu, and then by opening the Settings tab in the Automatic Updates window. Note: The M-Files system administrator may preset these settings, in which case they cannot be changed via the Settings tab.
