Place your cursor on the procedure or sub procedure where a page break is required. Press Ctrl+Enter to insert a page break at the insertion point. You can also select Page Break from the Insert menu. Select the type of page break to create and click OK.

Click Home > Show/Hide. This will display non-printing characters paragraph markers, section breaks, page breaks, etc. That you may want to see while you're working on your document. Double-click the page break so that it's selected, and then press Delete.
