Click or tap in the document where you want a page break. Go to Insert > Page Break.
The page-break-before option is intended to be incorporated into paragraph and character styles, so all paragraphs of a particular style will start at the top of a new page. For instance, you might apply it to your top-level heading style.
Place the insertion point where you want the break to appear. Select the Page Layout tab. Click the Breaks command. A menu appears. Adding a page break. Click the desired break option to create a break in the document.
To insert a manual page break, click into the document at the place you want the page break to occur, before an automatic break. Press the Ctrl + Enter keys on your keyboard. Alternatively, click the Layout tab in the Ribbon and click the Breaks drop-down button.
Click or tap in the document where you want a page break. Go to Insert > Page Break.
Place the cursor where you want to start a new page. Go to Insert > Pages > Page Break. Click on the Show/Hide symbol, which appears as a paragraph mark (¶) on the Home tab. Double-click the break you want to remove. Hit Delete.
