PDFfiler allowed me to create a far superior MO Real Estate Disclosure form. It allowed me to edit to my heart's content, rather than scratching handwritten stuff out and ending up with such a mess that i had to hand write another copy. The end result was far more professional looking than a handwritten form. About a 5 minute learning curve and the software functioned perfectly. I use this software daily to mainly merge other documents into one PDF. It's very user friendly.

Merge feature and being able to delete pages that I don't need. I like that I can save my agency's details on the different forms I use; rather than retyping each time.
It has locked up a couple of times but once I get out and go back in it's fine. It hasn't happened in the last year so they may have done some updates to the software.

The overall experience was good, the only thing I would say is to increase the number of signatures from 10 to 100 in the case of signatures for the same document.

Easy to use
Easy to useAllows the user to do things like make forms fillable very quickly. The size of the fields I added were slightly bigger than I would like, but this was not a major problem. Otherwise, I think it's intuitive and pretty easy. My needs are fairly simple, though - just making a workbook fill-able by students working online.

I made a mistake and accidentally signed up for this service. When I got the **** for $96, I was shocked. I thought it was going to be such a hassle and was so pleasantly surprised. I got a full refund within an hour of writing to them with a very nice note.

What do you like best?
The ability to send a link via email or text to allow a client to sign a document makes things a breeze! I also like having an "encrypted" folder that's password protected for my access only.
What do you dislike?
Nothing really that I currently dislike about the online software.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're looking for a very affordable alternative to DocuSign or any other "Send to Sign" type of software, this one takes the cake!
