Overall easy to use, however, there are instances where the edits on the pdf become warped, other times its difficult to remove words or characters. There should be a save option versus a Save As, as that navigates you to another screen. Or have an auto save option. Overall good program but still has small defects.

So far, it has provided me easy to create forms from preexisting medical history / investigational files. No longer need to crack your head redoing new form from the original pdf. And patients seem to love getting involved in the whole procedure. Managed to save tonnes of A4 pape

Chinking ensures that logs, which don't perfectly fit, have a nice seal. Permalink is a sealant you can use to apply in the gaps between your hewn logs to prevent external infiltration (air and water) and heat loss. Always remember when using caulking to apply a first coat of stain before caulking.
The cost of resealing and repairing log cabin chinking can cost anywhere from $2-$5. For a typical 1,500 square foot home, the price tag for this type of log cabin maintenance may run anywhere from $3,000 to $7,500.
How often should I reseal my log home? The short answer is usually every 3-5 years, but this can vary due to many factors.
The costs attached to restoring a log home vary depending on the extent of work necessary, the size of the home, and other circumstances. Based on national estimates, the cost of renovating a log home may range from about $15,000 to upward of $100,000. The process can also be a lengthy one.
It is true, most traditional log homes have a high level of maintenance involved. Log homes will settle, and check (crack) and many will have insect issues (because of moist wood). This results in plenty of maintenance, including caulking, and chinking.

For example, once your entire home is properly sealed the south and west walls will usually need recoating first (often within 3-5 years). The north and east outside walls are more protected from UV sunlight and weather, and may need resealing only every 5-8 years.
